These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of leadtimber.com (the "Site"), operated by LeadTimber LLC, an Ohio limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

Information accuracy

We provide the Site for general informational and lead-generation purposes. Pricing ranges, service descriptions, and stated process steps are estimates based on typical Greater Cincinnati jobs and may differ from your specific situation. All quotes are subject to on-site verification before contract.

No professional services contract via the Site

Submitting our form or calling us does not create a contract for services. A contract is formed only when both parties sign a written quote describing the specific scope, price, and timeline.

Service delivery

LeadTimber delivers lead generation services across Greater Cincinnatiand Northern Kentucky through licensed, insured in-house crews. The contractual relationship for the work is between you and LeadTimber (operated by LeadTimber LLC, an Ohio limited liability company). Work scope, schedule, price, and warranty terms are set in a signed quote before any work begins. From time to time, when capacity or specialty requirements warrant, we may engage vetted credentialed Cincinnati-area subcontractors to deliver portions of a project; the customer-facing relationship and warranty remain with LeadTimber regardless.

Acceptable use

• Don't submit false or fraudulent information.
• Don't attempt to access non-public portions of the Site.
• Don't scrape, copy, or republish Site content without permission.
• Don't use automated systems to flood the contact form or phone line.

Intellectual property

All Site content (text, illustrations, photographs, logos) is owned by LeadTimber LLC or used under license. Don't reuse without written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Service warranties (where applicable) are described in your signed scope-of-work, not in these Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeadTimber LLC's aggregate liability arising from your use of the Site is limited to $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Dispute resolution

Any dispute arising from your use of the Site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Hamilton County, Ohio. You and we waive class-action rights. Either party may bring small-claims matters in court.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Ohio law without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue: Hamilton County, Ohio.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be highlighted on the home page for 30 days.
