LeadTimber (the "Site") is operated by LeadTimber LLC, an Ohio limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit leadtimber.com or contact us.

Information we collect

• Information you provide. Name, phone, email, ZIP code, and details you submit through our quote form or call.
• Automatic data. Standard server logs (IP, browser, referrer, pages viewed) and basic analytics.
• Call recordings. When you call us, calls may be recorded for quality and training. Ohio is a one-party-consent state. If you do not wish to be recorded, request a written quote via email instead.
• Cookies. Strictly necessary cookies for site functionality. We do not set non-essential cookies without consent.

Sharing

We share your information internally with our crews and dispatch staff to deliver the service you requested. From time to time we engage vetted credentialed Cincinnati-area subcontractors for specialty scope, in which case we share only the information needed to perform their portion of the work, under a written confidentiality agreement. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with unrelated third parties for their marketing purposes.

Your rights

Communications consent (TCPA)

By submitting our form or providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls or text messages from us related to your quote request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. Frequency varies; typically fewer than 5 messages per request.

Data retention

We retain quote requests and contact records for up to 24 months from your last interaction, then delete or de-identify them. Active customer records are retained as long as the relationship is active plus 7 years for tax and warranty purposes.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (HTTPS, encrypted storage, restricted access) for data we collect. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage you to use strong passwords and exercise caution online.

Children

The Site is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
