LeadTimber (the "Site") is operated by LeadTimber LLC, an Ohio limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit leadtimber.com or contact us.
We share the details of your request with our scheduling and dispatch team and with licensed, vetted local contractors in our network across the markets we serve who can perform the work you asked about, so the right local pro can contact you quickly with a quote. We share only the information needed to respond to your request. Those partners are independent businesses and may contact you directly by phone, text, or email about your request. We do not share your information with unrelated third parties for their marketing purposes.
You may request a copy of your information, request deletion, or correct inaccurate data. California residents have additional rights under CCPA. Contact us at info@leadtimber.com with the subject line "Data Request"; we respond within 30 days.
We use text messages in two ways: to reply to a homeowner who contacted us about service, and to alert a contractor in our network to a new customer inquiry. You opt in either by texting one of our published business numbers, or by ticking an optional, unchecked consent box on one of our forms. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message consent and mobile numbers collected for messaging are not sold, rented, or shared for anyone else's marketing. Information sharing with subcontractors or service providers, described above, excludes mobile opt-in data and text-messaging consent, which stay with us and with the messaging provider that delivers the message on our behalf.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of text messages does not cancel your request or your account; we will still reach you by email or phone.
By submitting our form or providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls or text messages related to your quote request from us and from the local service pro we connect with your request. We retain quote requests and contact records for up to 24 months from your last interaction, then delete or de-identify them. Active customer records are retained as long as the relationship is active plus 7 years for tax and warranty purposes.
We use industry-standard safeguards (HTTPS, encrypted storage, restricted access) for data we collect. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage you to use strong passwords and exercise caution online.
The Site is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy. The "Effective date" at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be highlighted on the home page for 30 days.
